The Government of President Iván Duque assigned 100,000 hedges for mortgage loans and housing leasing operations for the purchase of a new No VIS home of up to 500 minimum wages, that is, $438 million pesos. These coverages, regulated by Decree 1233 of September 14, 2020, are available until December 2022, or until stocks are exhausted.
The beneficiaries of the subsidies for housing that are not of social interest (No VIS) will receive about $439 thousand pesos per month during the first 7 years of the loan, which is equivalent to a total subsidy of 42 minimum wages, that is, more than $36 million pesos, so that more families can make the dream of owning their own home come true.
WHAT MUST COLOMBIANS DO TO APPLY?
The application is made through the bank of the person's preference when applying for a mortgage loan or housing leasing.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS?
• Not having received a family housing subsidy from the National Government and / or the Family Compensation Funds, or any interest rate coverage.
• There are no more income restrictions to apply to the program.
